If only to prevent them from doing this to another unsuspecting landlord.And I say this as a true animal lover, we have lots of them.....I just resent (as do you) the dishonesty and duplicity.....

I love real estate!

I love real estate for the same reasons as many people on this forum - there are so many ways to play in real estate (leverage, rehab, addition, buy and hold, etc.) and tax benefits are tremendous. 

Some people love renting to college students and others hate it.

i really don't like the idea of the buyer micro managing the jobsite, and saying he doesnt like this piece of siding or old trim (it's a historic area and i try to maintain the charm by keeping the siding and trim if possible, etc.)

I love real estate investing yet there are times that I get discouraged and annoyed but give up and quit NEVER.

With that being said, and yet outside of that, I LOVE real estate as it's my passion and what I enjoy!

My spouse and I love real estate, I'm good with numbers, and our market is perfect for cash-flowing properties.

While I love construction, I also love real estate.
