Just starting out Newbie!

Hi gals and guys,

Thank you for taking the time in reading this post.  I'm very new to BP and I have found so much useful information and would like to know how you started out.  What books did you read, how did you meet a mentor, how did you go about your first deal, what was the outcome? Also, I'm working a full time job with no money to invest and I've heard that Wholesaling is the best way to start? Is this true in your opinion?  I believe that we are all looking for a better way of life rather than working a full time job and while investing in our futures.  I look forward to hearing your stories and connecting with you.  I currently live in Sonoma county, Ca and If any of you are in the area i'd like to connect with you.  I currently work at a hospital, have an amazing wife, and love my job but I know there's more out there.  Thanks in advance!
