I think to-date she's said something like 30 people have fallen down the stairs - including a police officer who she allegedly called because she rents from  a "slumlord." 

@Cameron Phillips Thanks .Some humanity left behind in me says i should give the guy a chance after talking to him.He is too perfect for her in the sense he pays all his bills on time.Been working at the same job for last 27 yrs.Been living tenant life in apartment.
