I think you are a hero in your right as; you searched for a YEAR, found a DEAL, ran the NUMBERS and for the holy grail you actually made an OFFER and in a true winners spirit it was ACCEPTED so kudos to you.  

But the best thing to do is sell your losers and obtain another winner even if you lost money on your losers.What I'm basically saying is, that instead of throwing more money into a property that is going down and potentially going to keep going down, and if held would BREAK EVEN at 10 years.

Life is not a race and there are never any true winners so take it one step at a time.
