I am partnering with with other people who want to invest in real estate and they have money but they don't have the time, experience, or knowledge of how to invest in real estate in a way that makes a lot of money quickly.

Additionally, it’s important that your PM has onsite staff who are knowledgeable about the specific markets they manage.

If an investor has the time, knowledge, capital and experience to be an active property investor then there are a number of strategies , that, depending on the economic market can be used to accelerate wealth building.  

But…what if it was “common local knowledge” but you didn’t know it.

Super knowledgeable and takes integrity and his Christian faith into all the deals he does.

His knowledge and expertise is great .

We weren't willing to take that risk.My wife operated our first home and after a few months we found a really solid knowledgeable manager who took over operations while still working closely with my wife. 

AND just because you have experience and a “good deal” doesn’t mean you will be successful trying to syndicate the deal.The first criteria is does the sponsor have the general knowledge and experience in real estate, and the specific knowledge and experience in the property type/location to give the project the best shot at success?
