when considering student loan debt you only need to worry about 3 things: your personal risk tolerance, the interest rate on those loans, and your debt to income.if you will lie awake at night worrying because you have a vacancy and student loan payments to make, pay them off first.

It's not a huge loss, maybe a few hundred bucks, but definitely a wake-up call to increase security. 

If one of you is awake at 1am and hears them being noisy, report it to the police and then call your neighbors.

There are several other questions i have had while i lay awake thinking about this amazing opportunity but they escape me for now.
