Look up top STR markets in US, look up "how to grow my real estate portfolio", look up "best markets in US for the BRRRR", start calling agents in markets, contractors, lenders, start feeling out who is a right fit for your team.I've built networks in two different markets and I can tell you ppl come and go and some start well and then slack, there's lots of trial and error because ppl are good on the phone.So you see there's so much going into this goal of yours. 

Hello, I was looking for information on how to get into Real Estate and landed on bigger pockets podcast. I am open to any advice. 

There's a whole section in the course about trials, sequence of events of the trial, how to get evidence entered into the record, when and where and how to object to errors...everything that is relevant to any case, civil or criminal is in there.

@Joel Siguaw It is my opinion that starting out as a rookie trying to focus on Section 8 is difficult.

You could read 100 books and still need to learn more because certain things must be learned through trial and error.

I'll pass.Very rookie question for you, @Patrick Roberts and everyone else here: I thought that post-Dodd-Frank, the barrier for mortgage lender accreditation/licensing was essentially raised to a point that HML’s and private lenders were effectively iced out of securing loans with a mortgage or DOT.
