Hi everyone, I am currently a 19 year old sophomore in college and I recently was given the opportunity to invest $200K into real estate if, I can find a method to invest and do the work to make a deal(s) happen with a bit of help along the way. Though out my younger teen years real estate investing was always something I was interested in and I have done quite a bit of research on the topic, but am nowhere near being well versed in all there is to know. My most recent research has been on selection 8 housing and where I have been focusing my interest in learning about as of lately, is this something that you would recommend, If so why or why not? I am open to any and all Ideas so please I would love to hear from anyone with ideas, advice or general information.
