Martin Luther Way was recently completed there, allowing Bulb Avenue to be reconnected to U.S. 321.

Two weeks ago, tenant sent me a text message recently stating that the gas supply was cut off at the property and that the gas company said they would not reconnect gas supply.

In some cases, once a trailer reaches a certain age, if it is removed from one lot, they will not reconnect the utilities when it arrives at a new site.

The paragraph above is my story but I hear this almost weekly from new investors who are yet to acquire a property get excited to speak and then a  or so down the road when we reconnect, they tell me the timing is not right and that in some cases the market is going to or already is in the middle of a crash.

Especially when you get your utilities reconnected.2.

Have a few loose RE connections however networking is a critical componente to advance education, resources  and potential partner projects. 

The renters get no grace and the accounts follow them if they do not pay when they move, they can not reconnect without paying up the old balance.
