They suck you in and then leave you dry.If you want to know what investing with a turnkey company is like please do the following:   If you have never played poker before and have no experience in it... go read a couple books on poker,  which should give you enough of the false illusion that you know what you are doing.

The area could be used as a playroom/poker room  but wasn't marketed as such.

Need to be extremely conservative right now in MF space if you are long gamer like we are.

I was a professional poker player for the last 11 years.

Not enough smart people to solve #1 and #2 For instance, it took an entire team of AI students about 10 years to create a poker AI that could beat a world-class human poker player heads-up.  

thanks @Marques Johnson I wish I had bought single families back in 2011 but I was on an amature poker players salary back then.

Ideally; i'd like it to be 50/50, I bring the funding, they provide crew and labor, but if things go south, they have no skin in the game really.
