New to BP from KC!

Hello BP community!  My name is Brandon, and my wife Mary and I are looking forward to learning more about Real Estate Investing.  I work for a local communications company and my wife is an RN.  We are very much novices, but have had success with profitability of our homes thus far and enjoy Real Estate in general.   

But who am I kidding, my wife is the real brains here.  She has single handedly increased value in each of our homes by making smart decisions on where to spend money in renovations, refreshing paint, and generally beautifying our properties (3 total in an 7 year period).  I'm just along for the ride!  Seriously, she is amazing.

We are currently living in the Kansas City area (Prairie Village) on the Kansas side and are attempting to use Real Estate investing to turn an interest/hobby into addition cash flow for our young family.
