Partnering with Contractor, how should deal be structured?
Hello,
Has anyone ever partnered with a contractor? I'm curious how to structure this kind of deal. Ideally; i'd like it to be 50/50, I bring the funding, they provide crew and labor, but if things go south, they have no skin in the game really. Thoughts?
Thanks

You said it yourself -- they have no skin in the game. For that reason, don't give equity. Hire them as contractors. If things go bad, you can fire them and hire someone else. Nothing lost.
