If neighboring residents are reporting the noise violations to the non-emergency line, be sure to ask them to notify your PMgr each time in order for the office to document the complaints.

You can call the permitting office or a structural engineer you might use and ask them how long permits usually take. 

I personally prefer to invest in boat & rv storage combined with some small-office warehouse.

so you're recommending that my starting point should be finding a real estate agent, utilize theirbknowledge to learn about the process, and get referrals for good loan officers.

To date I have done 2 commercial deals (1 office and 1 medical) but both came from commercial brokers, and in both cases I was competing with other buyers.

I went to his office, met him and his team, and left with a good impression.
