I just bought a SS facility in the mid west and we were talking yesterday about expansion there is a hill behind us that would take a bunch of excavation. 

A few things i've considered doing next is finding a quadplex, investing in an RV park, investing in medical offices.What should I do next?

We now budget for vacations, home improvements, car savings, medical savings, Christmas fund, etc... 

There is a ton of new/newer construction around there that has come online the last 2 years in the medical district and most of those buildings have had real challenges.

We're also under contract to buy resort properties in the US and Puerto Rico and looking at buying assisted living facilities with other community members.
