They are trying to sell them for $100k+ a unit that is just laughable and toting their great cash flow potential.

You can trade some time for a new laptop you provide.

I take notes on my laptop and occasionally look up something class-related online, but that's about it.

And excel for me is best used on my laptop, which means I have to wait and gather all the receipts to do it at the end of the day versus just logging things right there and then as they come in.

I like Notes because once I establish the right partnerships and connections, it seems that all that I'll need is a laptop and a decent internet connection to do business.Bottom line: spend your time learning and networking, go to real estate clubs and network when you're at home to find good business partners, physically check out the areas you want to invest in.Hope this helps....
