Currently, due to coronavirus issue, we are self-isolated at home and the tax office is delaying the paperwork. 

I think its a great time to refinance and the market is strong; however, working from home and social isolation may slow things down and people may be in a holding pattern to see what will happen.

With its huge cities and density if people do not isolate it will be horrible. 

However they also clamped down hard on the lockdown and turned it into a military-enforced lockdown and moved quickly to isolate Wuhan. 

Luckily for us, all of my and Erin's places are whole-house medium-tern furnished rentals, so the nurse we just rented to in one of our units will be isolated and will not affect (or infect) anyone else should she contract covid-19.It seems unpatriotic right now to not rent to a nurse, but it's a tough situation to be in as a landlord.
