The reality is that if you think Hamburgers do you think McDonalds or the neighborhood hamburger stand.

However you also have the local hamburger stands which do very well also. 

Ray Kroc, in his 1977 book, 'Grinding It Out' stated in at least four places that McD Corp is not and will never be in the hamburger business.

I'd like to cover my buns with great clauses, but be more user-friendly to homeowners.

There's enough city stuff in Spokane to get me by (They have ramen, sushi, $20 hamburgers etc if those are musts for anybody), but no traffic, an upward trajectory instead of downward in many ways (crime is down, wage/job growth up, etc), and of course the ID side doesn't have insane government policies that seek to destroy your financial life.
