Are you wanting to grow a portfolio of rentals without coming out of pocket to acquire each?

It's a good market with year-round demand that peaks in both winter (ski season) and summer (beach / lake / hiking / etc) season. 

If there is more demand than supply, this will be the outcome in desirable areas. 

I imagine there is a good level of demand for your services in a city like Nashville!
