I think like it says in the article you have to be genuinely passionate about the theme you are going deep on.

Remember, building a relationship takes time, and showing genuine interest in your neighbor as a person can lead to a more fruitful conversation down the line. 

Goal: Develop the tools to build generational wealth through real estate by executing one successful BRRRR by year's end ("success" would be getting most if not all of my capital back through refi of a property that genuinely cash-flows).

I'm willing to overlook the nonsense and see the value of folks like @Jay Hinrichs that genuinely want to help and have nothing to sell.

I can not express how significant the SKILLS OF NETWORKING & GENUINE RELATIONSHIP BUILDING have been in my real estate journey. 

It's all about providing value and building genuine connections.

Hi Heather, I just completed their coaching program (virtually due to COVID), and I found the instructors Mark and Ron genuinely love to teach real estate and give you a lot of course information as well to review besides the classroom instruction.

For the genuin folks who say "wrong number" I have only 400/3600 of those.
