Nothing too flashy.

To be able to raise our children with an unlimited mindset and show them that success isn't always flashy and exciting, but what you can do with that success certainly can be flashy and exciting!

I started out with mostly flashy "big business" looking ads (as an ex graphic designer that is sufficient in Photoshop it was easy).

Naturally this brought my price range to about a 10minute drive outside of the downtown area which was perfect since it keeps things a bit more quiet as well with guests wanting to spend time downtown but relax when theyre back at the house.But what you are saying is that a little bit away from the flashy beaches/nightlife the returns get higher? 

Even as a person in tech, I prefer these old-fashioned income machines to the flashy new entrants in my own field.

She also isn't the type of person that requires a flashy 25k diamond though.

The flashy lifestyle and a sales pitch based on a regression to base materialism and hindbrain FOMO isn't the best way to sell investments and courses.

I'll add that one flashy metric that makes the Fed happy is the US inflation rate, which has come down and affirms that the Fed is 'doing the right thing'.

. :) I also will tell you that I could opt to drive something new, flashy, and well above the amount I paid for the used Lexus, but I choose not to because I love to practice what I preach when it comes to healthy financial living. 

Indy isn't as flashy as some other markets, but it is very steady and does not have the extreme highs & lows of other markets.
