@Kaylyn Geiger I wouldn't worry too much about it assuming you're in a high demand area that has lots of reasons to travel to it like Austin where we have festivals, conferences, sporting events, lots of business and are a hot spot for bachelor/bachelorette parties.

@Mac Boeve Our properties are about 45 minutes south of Holland but we actually do get guests who rent for the Tulip Festival!

Again no STR - guys who work oil rigs won't pay for AirBNB and if you go up to Kernville or Lake Isabella no demand for STRSan Luis Obispo price maybe no SFR $500000 but the college draws STR and Thursday night market maybe some AirBNB low demand.I'm thinking mountain communities that have festivals and year around activitiesBUT BUT HOWEVER does you pre approval allow you to work remote for 36 months going forward?
