They can use your video to create a fake listing and scam other guests out of money. 

My STR has 1 crazy bad 1 star review that starts by calling our STR a scam but the rest are 5 star reviews.

As a side note, Floridas current insurance issues are mostly caused by other factors besides the increase in severity and frequency of natural disasters however (roofing scams and no caps on lawyers fees for claims, both results of bad government policy that resulted in most insurance companies leaving the state and the remaining ones raising rates to account for having to pay for all of the roofing scams and absurdly high attorney fees on simple claims). 

Outright scams. -  these are like the famous “Nigerian Scam” , i.e., “my cousin is the Prince of Nigeria and has $2 billion tied up in petrodollars; if you send me $20k US I will share half with you when he receives it” 2.

So I have a fair amount of confidence that it will cover most of the scenarios we might encounter. 

As for the single family house I have no choice but to sell it since I am stupid enough to fell for a pig butchering scam.

This is a personal preference thing, based on an extensive amount of people I've encountered in my life, to 99% of the people out there, pay off the mortgage is the way to go if they can. 99% of the people in the world would be beyond content with financial freedom: meaning, in general purchase whatever you want (minus mega mansion and private jets), go wherever you want to go, send your kids to whatever school they want to go, and last a life time.
