Main thing is to be very careful there are ALLL sorts of scammers out there that will tell you what yo want to hear try to suck up front money out of you then go dark..

Hardly anyone buys the travel insurance but so far only one guest has left early due to smoke.

They claim they are religious (he is a youth pastor) and don’t smoke (but they look like the do) and image wise are tatted from head to toe and don’t come off like they say. 

A cold dark shell will cost more than a vanilla box.

@David C.About once a year, I post about finding some absurd amount of money inside the wall of a foreclosed house or behind a water heater in a dark basement.

Smells of cooking or smoking are likely to do so as well.Having said all of the above, the flats I'm familiar with have rented reasonably well at market rents.

Just LOL'ing because I live in the center of the West Loop and even *I* don't feel safe walking around at night after dark :))
