Not kickin' that idea to the curb exactly, but just wanted to reach out on here as well.

The curb appeal is a little dated but was looking for suggestions on what should be done to the appearance of the property.

I had to learn how to do a lot on the fly, I staged the house re worked the front porch and took flowers right out of my own yard to give it some curb appeal.

Curb appeal is very important as if things don't look good they will have a negative attitude before they walk in the door. 

We are setting up an assembly line to serve the investor community here and will offer a large demo crew, buildout team, fit and finish team, MEP team and curb appeal team.

For us, knock on wood, that's all you can do there and as long as your insurance doesn't kick you to the curb, you'll be fine.Biggest common risk I hear about is bad tenants ripping your places up and sucking away your time and equity. 

We obviously know that good landscaping is important for curb appeal, but we want to be careful not to over spend on landscaping.

I would pile his tools and materials at the curb and tell him he's fired.

And one bad tenant can destroy a yard/curb appeal.  

Don't throw to the curb just yet.
