Yes we have contingencies in place that are contingent upon the coronavirus. 

My question is I was originally going to go with a HELOC instead of CASH OUT because of the pros vs cons associated with the two before all this craziness with corona virus.

Anyone had any luck to go after business interruption insurance for the loss of rents  due to Coronavirus shutdowns?

Jumbo programs have all been suspended at the moment due to the coronavirus and the ripple effect it's had on the lending industry/economy as a whole. 

With the current coronavirus lockdown crisis, I'm curious to hear who (landlord and/or tenant) is using this strategy and how you are handling the sudden shift. 1) Arbitragers, are you sub-letting to long-term tenants?

Before you simply offer less than the comp, I would make sure you build a case as to why this one is worth less, and generally I don't think Coronavirus is the reason. 

I still think we'll see the economy bounce back sooner rather than later, and I don't think there will be too much impact on housing prices overall, but I do think vacation towns could get really hurt.
