Where Short-Term Rental Arbitrages are headed
This is a two part discussion...
In recent years, Short-Term Rental Arbitrage has become more common, especially in my market of Orlando, FL. With the current coronavirus lockdown crisis, I'm curious to hear who (landlord and/or tenant) is using this strategy and how you are handling the sudden shift.
1) Arbitragers, are you sub-letting to long-term tenants? If not, what is your current strategy?
2) Landlords, are you allowing your tenant(s) to sub-let the property for you? If not, how are you handling the current situation?
