Again let me repeat,  Google algorithms ONLY affects you if you try to manipulate the rankings through backlinks, blogging, citations keyword manipulation.

To take that one step further, I look very closely at those court records, including "just" the traffic citations.

-Allow misdemeanor citations for violations of this ordinance, thus opening the possibility of criminal liability for issues as minor as the placement of trash.With all that being said there is plenty of opportunity to capitalize on the market for STR's in vegas with it being such a tourist city.

Since then it’s been a long ordeal of waiting, attorney fees, lost rent, city citation fees, and going back and forth with the city, management company, and the tenant.

Contractors quit midway, Citations were given from the municipality, Seller took 2 months to close the deal with $12,000 of my own money invested prior to closing.

Get a google voice number its harder for the municipality to track down to a person and haul you in for a citation.  

If my contractor left trash at the curb and the garbage truck passed and it was not picked up he would call me and let me know so that I would not get a citation, this neighbor is worth his weight in gold.

How did you decide on mailing to absentee and citations?

I understand it's rare for them to give out citations, but I also don't want to be fined for multiple violations since they may have proof that it all drives to the same source and fine me for all past violations as well.
