Bandit Signs Using URL, Privacy and Code Enforcement

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to start a discussion since I didn't see this topic specifically in any of the other forum discussions. I would like to add a URL to my bandit signs as I hear they are more effective but worry that city code enforcement will figure out the different signs are all leading to the same URL and try to track me down over time. It would be foolish to set up a website to have it lead to me. So I would like to accomplish the following:

1) URL on signs that are easy to remember and changeable redirects, similar to google voice numbers

2) Different short URLs (bitly or other url short names on each sign) for tracking purposes

3) Low cost squeeze page with contact fill out form, testimonials and information

4) Privacy on the website ownership, etc.

5) To make new leads feel comfortable and still build trust but protect myself for the long run using bandit campaigns.

I am considering making multiple cheaper one page sites, that produce similar results and rotate them through if I feel the heat is turning up by code enforcement in a particular city. I understand it's rare for them to give out citations, but I also don't want to be fined for multiple violations since they may have proof that it all drives to the same source and fine me for all past violations as well. That would be a nightmare. I will be setting up the websites with as much privacy as possible.

I hope I don't sound too paranoid because in my area, its a major metropolitan and fines do get hefty.

If there are any investors that have done successful bandit sign with URL campaigns, please let us know of you experience. Any tips on website privacy, Short URL, Redirect URLs, and code enforcement related to this would be great.

I would also like those actively involved in bandit campaigns to let us know how many signs you put out and has anyone ever received a violation ticket, how long it took to finally get it, and the pitfalls we should avoid.

Thanks in advance to everyone!

Sincerely,

Mike
