@Sue Chen I agree with @Mike McCarthy first tell them that you want to see the problem, that will give you the opportunity to go into the unit and take pictures which will be an evidence if they trash the place.Then you can call a tech and schedule for 2 weeks later.Reminds me when my tenant was late on rent and when i sent the written demand for rent they texted me at 9 pm "the hot water is not working for two weeks already - please fix"  and i responded immediately "I'm heading over now to fix it" and surprisingly they "figured out" how to light the burner themselves... :)  

1) Keep SFH(rental), purchase the nice new home using  that 150K and put investing in real estate on the back burner? 

Oil burners don't like to be shut off though, they can be difficult to restart.Yes, A ton of stuff in MA, I have never found a way to leverage them for my MA home but its there...

My unit has a wood burner and can take time to light, Once its going its easy to maintain..

@Greg H. yes she is making big fuzz saying since fence is broken (it actually bend little) the neighbors dog can come and bite me, burner is not working cannot cook infact 3 of them are working and window not working properly so if there is fire i cannot escape and so forth

If you want to buy 1-4 unit properties you'll need to buy them in your personal name to qualify for financing so unless you are doing partnerships or commercial deals put it on the back burner.

Hi Rodrigo,On American stoves, the circular part (the burner element) is replaceable.On American stoves they are easily lifted out and replaced.

I take it your pilot light stays lit, but the burner doesn't come on as it should. 

Since this was a real cash deal, I wasn’t on the [rapidly] ticking clock of HML interest so this project kept getting pushed to the back burner.
