There are 2 group calls per month with Jerome leading the call; it is scheduled at 2 pm PST (not ideal for most people regardless of time zone), Jerome was always late, there is no agenda or plan for the call, his phone reception was interrupted constantly to the point that his line would drop, and each call has ended abruptly with Jerome saying he had another commitment he had to get to.

In conclusion: because Kiavi does not know or does not care about Taylor’s chronic ineptitude; because Kiavi has never bothered to put together an introductory email document to clients explaining the steps, requirements and responsibilities of the refinancing process; and because Kiavi does not bother to fix an obviously broken client portal website, it’s clear that the company does not strongly value customer experience and satisfaction.

I had a chat with them on the phone as i was curious about the funding.. but came to the conclusion that the down payment ( the client made to buy) was probably what they paid for the property and the seller carry back note was the profit.. and then the seller carry back note is sold to yet another investor.. who is investing for coupon money.
