In Dekalb they consistently have free lunch (12 noon) at Cakes and Ale on the Decatur square.This is also why everyone needs to be in a local REIA. 

It is possible to do it part time is you are willing to give up some free time in order to put it into learning about the business and working on getting a business plan that you will eventually be ale to put in to action. 

Are there limit issues on the ALE Coverage? 

I'm waiting to find a good screw up by a bank overstepping their bounds and filing a les pendis on the property and tie it up until it gets resolved in the courts or they cry uncle, won't matter.

The contractor is in charge of things like getting materials within 500 miles of the project, % recycled content of the materials, etc.Overall, buildings going for certification typically run alot more expensive due to all the paperwork, control / supervision, consultants, and increased cost of materials.Was told by a LEED AP, "These are high perormance buildings that both help the environment as well as stimulate local economy"All new government buildings are designed to be LEEDs certified but see why a private developer would go for it other than to use it as a marketing tool to their potential inhabitants.

If I were building my own building, I would invest in a LEED silver design.

I was a LEED Green Associate so I am pretty familiar with a lot of the concepts and features, and was thinking of green rentals being a niche to go towards.

There are 2 churches turned into breweries in Cincinnati (Taft Ale House -SPECTACULAR rehab and Urban Artifact -much less rehabbed).
