"Green" Rentals

Hey all,

I'm new to the forum, so this is my first discussion topic.

I am very into the sustainability movement, personal and professionally, and am hoping to 'green' up my town home and any future properties.

I wanted to see if anyone out there that has a buy and hold and/or are landlords have added 'green' features to their rentals? If so, which features?

Also, do you market your rentals as 'green' units? If so, do you charge more? Is there a demand for such rentals?

Thanks!

Ryan
