Depends on the avenue as stated. if it's west of the airport, you could be okay.

I greeted them at the airport upon their arrival and had a welcome basket in their room that included local maps and information. 

What I do like those is the Carolinas specifically Charleston  I found that city about 5 years ago and it was coming out of the 08 melt down.. but I was keen on Boeing and being around aviation all my life I thought the Dreamliner was going to be a huge hit and when they moved it all to Charleston.. and Boeing bought 1000 acres around the airport..

In my search, which entailed looking at all cities that have direct flights from Santa Ana airport (in case I need to be there), I have basically narrowed my search to Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding suburbs.Looking forward to joining this great community that has been helping millions on the quest to financial freedom!

I flew across the country to buy my first out of state property and felt confident enough after a week to write an offer in the airport cafe on the way home :) 

We have requested better info about why this is and expect that info today.Hi Anna,This doesn't seem like the deal that I would want to test if this is supposed to supplement your retirement income along with the long commute from the airport to the area.

I also look at many of the things already mentioned, as well as property taxes and properties in vast employment hubs with an endless amount of potential tenants (employees needing a house to live in).I'm currently pending on a property in East Point, GA (Atlanta) near the airport.
