The min price is useful as there is probably a number that is not worth the risk of a bad guest... there is also a market dashboard in pricelabs that is similar to VRBO but with a lot more data.

I was up crazy late last night, trying to figure out the new dashboard at VRBO. 

My mom can go to Home Depot to rekey something, then take a photo of that receipt and attach it to one of my rentals and I can see it on my dashboard and financial reports. 

I can keep track of the rent payment through the dashboard and the notifications.

Could also consider some Cleveland neighborhoods with a 'C' grade, such as some parts of Old Brooklyn or North Collinwood.I've created a comprehensive Area Guide with dashboards on the most common areas (neighborhoods and suburbs) for investing in the Cleveland area -- it includes grades for each census tract (objectively scored, only using publicly available data, and with a fully documented methodology).

So far I have only used the point, click, and upload buttons in the dashboard to create it. 

We also use Key Data Dashboard for data analytics and forecasting, and Properly to schedule and monitor cleans.
