Hi All,I've been a silent observer and religious Podcast listener on Bigger Pockets for about a month now and decided its finally time to introduce myself.

Hello BP, I'm a longtime lurker and religious listener of the podcasts.  

Bay area properties double in value every 10 years religiously.

I told him, but you don't understand had I showed up at the bank with several large checks that were not in my name and my signatures on the back of them assuming I could deposit based on the instructions provided then I would have been in for a rude awakening, plus no doubt other branch officials would have been called in, I would have looked very suspicious.

Follow the guidelines religiously.

Talking about real estate, properties, and financial independence is something I enjoy.I listen to the BP Podcasts almost religiously.

"I will leave the state of Texas to Y'all    LOL..." epic finish.Since I was not learning about real estate back then, the hype and the awakening after I contracted "Investors Fever" disease, which is reaching critical levels, I contracted also a bit of amnesia.

It's like I've had a huge awakening in my life.

A colleague awakened me to BP last month, and I've been perusing the forums, listening to the podcasts, and reading books, realizing this is a larger community than I had ever imagined. 

Commit at least 3 months and attend religiously!
