How much is the rehab going to cost, what's the ARV going to be, and how much will the property rent for?

For abandoned parks with infrastructure, some lenders may consider them as long as there’s a plan for the rehab and the infrastructure is in good condition or can be repaired.

That book was exactly what I need to hear as it addressed a point both me and my boss agree with regarding Rich Dad, Poor Dad which is, RDPD does well to help you view money differently, but it doesn't give you a starting point.

I'm not that familiar with the county and most well rehabbed properties are coming up in Dundalk and Essex.I used to live in Patterson Park and those areas were considered problematic.

I am also consider some rehabs since that might be the best way to find deals in my area.

I bought it, lived in it while rehabbing which I did multiple times and added a few rentals into the mix.
