Two incidents of thefts from my rehabs was a no-brainer to get the WI/FI which is nominal to me calling the police, informing the insurance company only to be told (whatever) wasn't covered, and of course my deductible is $1000. 

My questions are will the police really look into/ do anything about this since it was an eviction?

If your family is hearing violent comments about killing her, shouldn't the police be notified?

The police were called and she (the landlord) was taken away in cuffs...Unbelievable what is going on....

The tenant has now had a track record of having disruptive behavior/actions more than once to neighboring tenants in the same building and made them feel so unsafe they called the police.  

In this game, the mechanics and algorithms are already put in place for simulated property values that fluctuate based on population, proximity to pollution, proximity to commercial, hospitals, fire, police, water, and etc. 

Papa Bear was also a very talented and successful real estate investor/broker in the Los Angeles area who was mentoring me, but didn’t get much of a chance.In November 2021, he flew to Colorado to attend a friend’s graduation to the police force then two speaking engagements about Bruce Lee.

Police won't help in most of these cases because it is considered a civil matter.

At this same property, there is a house sitter that had a lot of police activity (domestic violence, weapons discharged, etc).

However, I wanted to ask if anyone had advice on just filing a police report on your tenant?
