Just like most professionals that help people (attorneys, accountants, financial planners), attorneys often have clients that need more than they offer.What if an estate attorney needs to liquidate a house left after someone dies?

Do you have a CPA and a Estate planner?

I am a former Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with over 15 years of experience in that field.

You may want to also meet with a good certified financial planner that has experience in real estate so that they can look at your parents "big picture" before you go down the wrong path.

I would check with a specialist/estate planner/real estate attorney.

I always know something is good when I find myself printing it and placing it in the binder I use as my day to day planner, script holder, and motivational tool.

Financial planners get commissions for some of the products that they sell.

My financial planner suggested this very scenario to me last year but he didnt tell me all of that!!!
