I waxed poetic about being 'retired' by now-- having 'systems' in place to do all the cr*p I basically have to do day in and day out.I traded my 9 to 5 for a 7 to 7 because I LOVE it, but my wife likes to needle me about my grand ambitions and wonderful plans for freedom and so we've sort of dubbed the phrase 'fool time' investor as a play on 'full time'.

Technically the property is therefore in foreclosure.Others use the phrase pre-foreclosure to mean properties where the owner is having problems but no legal action has been started by the lender.

One glaring clue is that the e:mail correspondence will be disjointed and feel awkward to read -- spelling will be accurate, but phrasing and sentence structure will not be of the caliber you would expect from a highly-educated professional.Variations on this scam can be very sophisticated: Some operations have "mules" on the ground here in the states, and most of the time these people will not know they are pawns in the scam.
