Antique furniture, really nice one-of-a-kind artwork and wall hangings.Now if the guest mentions a birthday/anniversary/special occasion etc, we will leave some treats, even beer, wine or champagne depending.....There is no set way to do it, just go with your gut......what would you want to see when you walk in the door?

@Luke Carl, California in general doesn't cashflow but Healdsburg, CA is in the heart of Sonoma wine country and a very very very good market.

If enough people do it, maybe the ads we see on this website will switch from being 100% REI stuff, to having some ads for boats, vacation spots, and fancy wine/cigars, in the mix. 

I am getting a STR up and running in wine country and looking to expand operations in the area. 

My boss said we should run the handyman and property manager business together so i can make money but when in reality it will only make him money. should I run the property managment under my business which is wine country venues and events as i am an event planner.

My wife and I host ours at a local winery since we like wine.
