Where are the best markets to target in and/or near NJ in 2025?

You see it in all kinds of advertising and marketing for guru offerings, but when you get down to it, what does it really mean, and how can it impact you? 

If you aren't an excel expert I wouldn't bother trying to make your own or scour the internet for an analyzer tool that may or may not meet your needs. 

Look at their marketing strategy.

Or do I look into a market like Las Cruces, NM, or Lubbock, TX, as an example of bigger markets I have looked at and am somewhat familiar with?
