As I knock out loans my CF increases, so I am back to wondering about the efficiency of ordering my loan pay down process.For Example:An advocate of the Snowball Method would probably order them C, D, B, AAn advocate of the Avalanche Method would probably order them B, D, C, ABut is there a better way?

Expenses seem high and if there is a way to meter water and make tenants pay (and check if that is norm in the area) or knock out some of these larger expenses, numbers work much better.

We swap out the old gas hotwater tank as well and no more need for a chimney, or liners.If you are a diyer, why not knock out the chimney yourself, buy seconds or discontinued brick, lay the chimney yourself or hire a handyman.... most of the chimneys we needed to rebuild are only the top sectionsfrom the attic through the roof, its rare that the entire chimney is bad.
