Hey all,

Super excited to finally be here! My name's Isaiah and I'm a recent college grad and current marketing professional from San Diego. Started working for an RE investment firm out here and (unsurprisingly!) saw the huge potential in investing myself.

I'm looking to open up shop both here as well as in the Phoenix (and surrounding) market as I have boots on the ground there.

My goals here at BP and with investing are 1) link up with established, ethical investors in the SD/AZ markets and offer marketing knowledge (as well as blood, sweat, and tears!), 2) knock out my $30k in student loan debt and 3) use active investing as a vehicle to help fund my parent's retirement and eventually my own.
