Re-igniting this thread - am looking for a CPA in Oklahoma that is good with or specializes in real estate as well.

Looks like its battery ignite stove, and I also went back to see what my contractor texted me and he said, "...didn't know how to light a gas stove for the first time".

From the initial phone call it sounded like a faulty igniter which is a relatively easy fix.

For the same reasons why a lot of people do, they have an amazing training program (Ignite) for beginners.

This could be as simple as a sensor or ignition related.

If a fire starts in a new home, that tight window seal, foam insulation, Tyvek wrap...etc will allow a fire to be self contained causing no escape route for smoke and other ignition byproducts from it.

The other really bad thing that can happen is that houses can catch on fire from the lint igniting.

Those are attributes that can be fostered and ignited in anyone, regardless of class, and in the US that ignition can take you quite far. 

You should be in ignite or capers in training I think they call it now.
