Hello all, I am a full time general contractor and a part time investor based in the league city / south Houston region.

i am way out of my league here, but could the business get a loan from a commercial lender and own the property as some sort of holding and the owner just pay "rent" to the business as a 30 yr lease as someone else mentioned?

Anybody interested in doing a fantasy football league?

I am in the same league as countless others looking to make their lives a bit better by investing in real estate.

All the "It won't work, or you're not in that league yet talk is too much to handle.I must be successful and prove to myself,  and family,that I knew I could do it all along.Screen out negative comments and views and stay the course !

It is still an exciting opportunity and I am sure a stepping stone to the big league :) It's like anything in life - going from managing a team of 3 to a team of 30 requires different (and better, more efficient) processes and systems.

Hello everyone,I graduated from Vanderbilt in 2011 and have been playing in the Red Sox Minor Leagues for the past couple of years.

My experience has been that the school you go to does not really matter that much in getting a job as long as its accredited and you really make an effort to learn as much as possible .At the company I work for, there are engineers who have similar jobs and similar pay, some have went to Ivy League schools and have 100k+ of student loans and others went to public school and have no loans.

But, when I was imagining it, it would have been over by 44 and Old Oregon Trail, close to Big League Dreams, etc.

I just feel that is out of my league right now as far as know how.
