Networking in the South Houston Region

Hello all, 

I am a full time general contractor and a part time investor based in the league city / south Houston region. I am looking to network with real estate agents, brokers, wholesalers, and other investors as I am new to investing in real estate. I initially need help locating and purchasing deals In my area. I am rehabbing a property right now and Will be putting it up for rent before the end of the year, I could use some advice for this as well. I can help other investors with the rehab process as I know a bunch of subcontractors that do it all in the greater Houston area.
