I’m new to the space but eager to learn from experienced professionals, expand my network, and find opportunities to collaborate. 

However, if there is a formula better suited for this market I am all ears.New to the Wholesale game, if there is anyone who would like to network or simply offer some advice I am open to anything. 

I’d join the brokerage that is the best fit personality wise for you and spend all my spare time networking.

if they were that great you'd never see them because they'd all get bought up before they even came to you.I think what @Travis Biziorek is saying is correct - you need a strong network to be successful. 

To get started, define your investment strategy, run cash flow and ROI calculations, network with local investors, and explore financing options like DSCR loans or HELOCs.Good luck!

Also consider networking with investors active in those areas who can provide insight on what’s working.

Everything from pay per click, to networking (I've found BNI groups to be a great resource), to cold calling.
