As an investor, I am always buying and selling.I am generally buying at all times and if I have to sell something to buy something I like better, I do so.There is an tried and true expression:Don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and then wait. One reason for this is that no one can predict the future.I submit “knowing” when we are at the top of a market or at the bottom of a market is only known 6 to 12 months after the fact.Let’s take Bitcoin for example.I don’t invest in Bitcoin but follow it out of amusement.Bitcoin was $60,000 and is now like $30,000.Is $30,000 the bottom of the market?
