Best Cities/States for Flipping Right Now?

Posted

Just getting started in the flipping business with a partner. We’re both coming from traveling jobs so we are used to going wherever the wind takes us. We are willing to go wherever the market is right and are wondering what cities/states are good for flipping right now? I’m from Arizona but it seems like the market is so competitive it would be a tough place to get started. Thanks!

I don't know anywhere that is not ultra competitive and the cost of materials is not sky high and the reliability/availability of labor is good.

Right now, it is buy a piece of **** for too much money, hope to get a contractor to show up and put together a decent reno with crappy overpriced materials, then pray some idiot buyer pays 50K over list.

Doing it as an out of state, first-time investor? Since prayer doesn't work...I have no advice for you except good luck. Bitcoin is less risky IMO
