I am thinking about removing trees, vestibule at the entrance, all signage/banner, replacing front windows, installing an overhang at the front entrance,  and repaint roof, soffit, and wall.Am I going in the right direction?

I was going down to the laundry room and he told me to stop at the bottom stem , he just repainted the concrete floor because he spilled stuff on it and it bothered him .

I actually had to start communicating with the manager of that department directly because the person I was working with wouldn't get back to me in a timely fashion.When I moved in the house was dirty and badly needed to have many interior walls repainted.

I bet what will happen is that:The property will be brought to compliance and inspected by J and without him doing the work.That J will give the money back to S and probably pay for related and moving expenses.That J will get a lead inspection and it will probably be free of lead (built in the 60s) but everything has been repainted and clean, so it will probably be good.

You need to ask what repairs the property needs (say it needs updated kitchen and bath, new carpet, repainting, etc.).
